Where is this product made?
Our product is made in China and our warehouse is currently located in China to ensure the most competitive pricing on the market. We expect to have US stock available in April for 2-3 days shipping times.
How long will it take to ship my order?
Due to an unusual high influx of orders we need 2-3 business days to process and ship out your package.
How long will is delivery take?
Your package will take anywhere from 9-12 days to arrive at your doorstep once your order is dispatched.
Please note delivery times may vary according to different country’s custom restrictions. For International Orders, delivery time up to 2-3 weeks.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you have a 90-day trial. If you don't like the product. Send it back and we'll give you a full refund. Please contact us to start your return process.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Warranty and shipping costs are non-refundable.
Once we have received and inspected your product a refund will be issued.
How do I track my order?

How secure is your site?
We processes payments using the Stripe payment gateway or PayPal. Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification. We take security very seriously, all payments are verified by Stripe to prevent fraud.
Can I change my order?
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click “complete order” but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order.
What should I do if I have provided the incorrect shipping details?
Please contact us immediately if you noticed that your shipping details are incorrect.
Note that we are unable to allow any amendments once your parcel has been dispatched.
What if I received a faulty item?
We are terribly sorry if this has happened. We would like to sort out any faults immediately. If you need to exchange the faulty item for the same item, contact us here.
If you are shipping back an item for an exchange or refund, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
What should I do if my tracking is stuck?
Step 1: Contact your nearest post office and provide them your ID card or tracking number to find out its status.
Step 2: If you can not find out anything, contact our Customer Service department here. and provide your shipping address again.
Step 3: If the items have arrived at your destination country - they are with local post of your country and most likely at your nearest post office. In an event of loss of merchandise while the items have arrived at destination country, we will not be responsible.
Do ensure you update us via email with the correct and complete address as soon as you can.
